I can't imagine RP being willing to take the same kind of salary package that UNLV paid their previous coach. I can see Rick involved in the search, but only in that he would be helping someone from his coaching tree get the job. It's the Mountain West. Their last coach had a package around $700k per year. Rick's not gonna work for that. Regardless what you read on the internet.
