I get it and it doesn't bother me. However, at JMU I'd take play like a girl as a compliment. Our girls can ball and I've seen first hand a few of them embarrass guys in UREC during the off season (including myself).

In no scenario would I ever take "playing like a girl" as a compliment, and most certainly not as a men's college basketball player on scholarship. It doesn't matter if the women's team won 10 national championships in a row. The statement was made to wake him up, not pat him on the back. And it did just that. Brady knew what to say and it worked.

good thing I am not a college player on scholarship lol. Given my skills I would kill to be as good as Angela or Precious.

I think to myself, during Nikki Newman's final year, she would have made 90% of the male population at JMU look like a six year old in a pick-up game at UREC and there would be no shame at all in her making you look foolish.
