I really like his analysis and perspective on Grizzly games. He is always quick to explain what's going on, and what the Grizzlies should do to adjust. I just always seem to agree with him. Seems like a guy that not only knows the X's and O's, but could relate to the players as well. If we can't afford Opie's buy-out, maybe hire him as an assistant?

Just hire Underwood or some other proven head coach at a lower level school that's affordable.
