How does this really change anything in regards to Hillary? Wasn't Powell a Obama supporter anyway? And I could care less about Rice's aides. If they all committed a Felony, then they should receive felony charges.

Did I say he did anything wrong? Like Hillary, if this is true, he got emails that were later deemed classified. To me, that's not really a crime...especially not one to go to jail over.

1. Rice/Powell received emails that were not classified, and that were disseminated on non-secure state department servers before being sent to them. Also note that these were state department emails, so Powell / Rice would have the authority to declassify them if they wanted.

2. Clinton sent and received classified material from intelligence departments. The state dept has no authority to de-classify this material. Also, some of this material was top secret, and above top secret such as SAP and human intelligence. Some of this stuff would never lose classification, and a person who has more than a wart for a brain would know it.

So, in summary for those who have a hard time swallowing the truth:

a. it is not illegal to receive material on a personal email account that was not classified at the time. This happened to Rice & Powell. This is not hwhat happened to Clinton.

b. it IS ILLEGAL to receive material that is known to be classified, whether marked or not, on an unsecure device or system without reporting it. Note that this does not apply to Rice/Powell, as the material they had was not classified at the time, and was classified later. Also note that Powell doesnt believe this stuff should be classified at all.

c. it IS ILLEGAL to set up your own unsecure device or server and have classified material directed to it, whether marked or not. In other words IF THE ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE AS A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL WHO HANDLES CLASSIFIED MATERIAL IS THROUGH AN UNSECURE DEVICE OR SERVER, THAT IS ILLEGAL.

d. it IS ILLEGAL to send classified material from an unsecure device or server, or to send it to someone not authorized to handle the material, whether the material is marked or not. A person with sh*t for brains would know that SAP and human intelligence is classified, and that satellite reconnaisance is born classified. You have that stuff sent or received on an unsecure device or server, you are committing a crime. If someone somewhow is able to remove the headers of these emails so that they can cross from secure to unsecure, it is ILLEGAL NOT TO REPORT IT.


In summary, what happened to Rice or Powell was not a crime.

What Hillary did IS A CRIME.
