I can tell You from an older persons viewpoint that Carson has lost any traction He may have had with His sleepy eyed lack of urgency delivery He is presenting. Bush is also slipping as is Kasich . This race is about Survival and Trump, Cruz, Rubio, Christie and Fiorina are Survivors. All have a strong will and can deliver what this country sorely needs. A strong backbone going forward.

I see this as an audition for the campaign against Hillary. Do you want someone that fights or someone that loses and complains about "dirty tricks" afterwards? Considering how tightly he is managed, it was a blunder by his handlers. It just screams, "I'm not one of you." Kind of like Dukakis frat boy wearing his dress loafers without socks when he spoke at the Democratic nomination.

It was a caucus, not a primary. Rules and process are different. The point of a caucus is to have someone in the campaign make their pitch and convince people to come to their side. Based on the news reports at the time, it looked like Carson was dropping out. It would have been foolish not to bring that up. Rubio's people did as well, though for some reason he gets a pass. If Trump had any kind of ground game, he would have done the same and probably much worse.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that what he did was "illegal" but considering this guy is passing himself as someone who can be "Trusted", it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. I mean come on, this guy is quoting scripture on the same night that his people lied about Carson dropping out of the race.

As much as people make a big deal about Hillary and Obama being "liars", I would think they would be more upset about this.
