Are we sure he won't? I know nothing that can't be read immediately above this post. Based on his size, HS numbers, and the fact he had a redshirt year I assumed he would be the top threat to Bollas. I guess that's good news that Agner could compete for the job as a true freshman?
Justin Agner was on campus for spring semester and participated in spring practice, as did Justin Rankin (RB). Not sure about Bollas, Mitchell, & Agner at this point, but I heard that Agner had good showing in spring practice.
The OL will be better than last year. Lots of talent @ RB. The wild cards are the WR position & LB position. If both of those are great this year, than KSU has a chance to field a nice team. DL, DB, & RB all have a lot of talent.
It will be interesting to see the depth chart when it is release after fall camp, to see what the depth chart shows for QB, WR, & LB.

I am still waiting for Haynes to prove he is the right guy for the job. This is a big season for him.

RE: KSU Football Spring Practice - 2016
Allen Moff of the Record Courier confirmed the following:
-Juantrez Macrae will start opposite of Nick Holley @ Safety
-Agner, Mitchell, & Bollas will battle it out for starting QB through the 2nd week of fall camp (Agner & Bollas are neck & neck with Mitchell being slightly behind)
-Many players will rotate @ RB, WR, & LB
-Fall Camp starts on 08/07/16

At the QB position there is a lot to know. Some of these players coming in from high school just don't have the smarts to play the position or struggle to know the plays. There is a huge learning curve for most positions between high school and division 1 football.

Wish him the best....he'll be missed this year.
Yes, between Simmons moving back to Florida and losing Dixon for the season because of this blood disorder, the offense has definitely taken a hit. Hopefully Reardon can make a difference @ WR.

RE: KSU Football Spring Practice - 2016
It is really frustrating that we are about a month away from the Bama game and the game time hasn't been announced yet. I assume that it is going to be a tv game and that is the delay but it is making planning my trip down there more difficult. Does anyone know if it has been posted somewhere and just not updated on the school pages?
