Good job by the administration to tackle the problem. Having drink stations and in stand vendors to go along with all six concession stands being open will help a lot.

UAB Announces Bartow Arena Concession Improvements
Sometimes the little things can make all the difference. These are some welcome changes and things that really don't add any cost.

I still would like to see UAB look at installing some sort of railing going up the upper level stairs. Many of our more senior fans struggle every game getting up and down those stairs and clearly look fearful of falling. It's a small thing. And I don't think it would create that much of a visual impairment to those sitting along the stairs either. It's a safety issue. And it's also a convenience issue. We don't need to be giving folks or their family members any reason not to attend games- especially something so easy to fix.

I agree. It's a safety/fan experience improvement that I would think could be made with minimal cost.

When it was announced that there would be railings installed at the VBC, everyone I know thought they would be in our sight lines, but they do not block our vision of the action.
