Hmmmmm....
Let's see how these theories of yours play out:
1. @Iowa St., 2002, W, 37-20
2. Baylor, 2008, W, 31-28
3. @Baylor, 2009, W, 30-22
4. Fiesta Bowl against #6 Oklahoma, L, 48-20
UConn seems to hold its own against the B12, although the sample is pretty small.

Um, no. One of the more brain damaged comments I've seen in this forum. UConn has been bringing it in basketball for a very long time now. Since the 1980s. It is not a flash in the pan. No other school but Duke has had the success of the last few decades that UConn has.

LOl the only reason Kansas has done so well in the Big 12 is because Uconn wasn't in it.

Have to agree with UConn fans here -- they're a 'blue blood' type program and a Top 10 bball program in my eyes.
As far as the schools considered, I think Temple and Houston are more in play than people believe.

Did you just start watching college football this season? Or do you only think year to year? USF another serious candidate is a year removed from 4-8, uconn a year removed from 2-10, Memphis is 2 years removed from 3-9, and temple is two years removed from 2-10. So are you really that myopic?
Just like those teams, UCF is better staying off staying in the AAC especially after going 0-12. What ever happened to teams having good seasons consistently to make it into a P5 conference?

The Big 12 Conference to expand with;
USF, UCF, UC and UConn.
The LHN will be transitioned into a Conference network.
This will be a joint venture by Fox and ESPN.
Expect TCU to move to the eastern Division with Iowa St, WVU and the newcomers.
Announcement to be made on a Tuesday via a media outlet near you.

They forget because well you know... they don't know what is like.
It's hilarious to think UConn couldn't compete with KU in the B12.

Exactly, right? That's why Rutgers and Maryland went to the B10 becaus they were so competitive. Thats the reason why Colorado is in the Pac12. That's also the reason why Boise state and byu are currently in P5 conferences.
