The bad news is that WR coach Lamar Thomas is going to Kentucky.

Is that bad news? I think he's been a bust. Word is this has been in the works for a while because Petrino wants to promote his son Nick into that position.

I've heard Nick has been doing the coaching anyway, Lamar has been primarily a recruiter. It's only bad because it's 2 days until NSD. Lamar was with Bobby at Western so I guess going to the cats completes the trifecta of the three Kentucky teams, albeit he'll finish at the bottom.

He hasn't even done a good job at recruiting. #35 recruiter in the ACC in his first season and #65 this year...unimpressed.
