Lady Bucs vrs Chattanooga
Huge game today at Brooks Gym 2pm

Lady Bucs have shown steady improvement and a win today would put them in great position to make a run for the championship.

They are fun to watch and they play hard. Bring the family, invite your friends for a great afternoon of entertainment.

Tickets are only five dollars.

RE: Lady Bucs vrs Chattanooga
Had no idea the Lady Bucs games were on the radio, but on a whim checked out some of the first half just now. I was absolutely shocked how much better the announcer (don't know what his name is) is at play-by-play than Jay. I know that may ruffle some feathers, as many of you like Jay. We could sure do tons worse, as our experience with the SoCon Digital Network has proven over and over again. However, Jay so very often leaves things hanging, and misses lots of details in his game calling. I think he has a very clever and interesting style, and that's great, but his play-by-play is at times frustratingly incomplete. Give this guy a listen. He lacks some of the enthusiasm, maybe, of Jay (not that's he's dry, at all), and I'm pretty certain he hasn't been around here long enough to have nearly the historical context of Jay, but his calling is vastly superior. IMHO.

Lady Bucs put forth a good game today, and I believe we can beat Chattanooga. First half was just not a good shooting day.

I also like the announcer for the Lady Bucs, and he is much better than whoever was doing it a few years ago. I can't say that he is better than Jay. I am one of those who is fond of Jay, I think he does a better job than both the Tennessee and Kentucky men's basketball broadcasts.

His name is Kyle Cooper. He also does the PA announcing for the men at Freedom Hall.
