Pretty sure the only folks that will vote for this are the ones whose universities don't fit the bill lol
Oh, there are SBC schools with high academic profiles, but no one honestly tries to lord that profile over others on this board.
Georgia State has the best academics and will bounce at the first chance they get.
Not really, unless we're solely talking research. That's completely beside the point though. Georgia State would likely bolt at the first chance they get, but so would 3/4 of the schools in the conference. It has a lot more to do with their peers (urban, large, postgrad), and basketball than it does in their "academic strength".
