Even twardzik thinks jones's strategy is questionable

Probably because they played a lot of zone and Diaz was likely buried deep inside of it down low. Might have led to several turnovers had we pressed the issue to either pass it down low or attempt to drive it through the teeth of the zone. I didn't get to see the game so this is just my feeling about it.

Freeman also had 9 rebounds to go with his 25 points. 9 rebounds is pretty dang great for a guard.

We beat 2 terrible teams on the road. Certainly better than losing, but I caution against getting too excited. We are what our record says we are.

Twardzick ask JJ about this in the post game and he said just what you just said. They stayed in a zone so we could not try to draw a foul on Diaz.
