I pasted the results for the top 200 teams for the year 2015. The distribution results are as follows.
5-star: 121 / 1.22% of total
4-star: 1191 / 12.1% of total
3-star: 5130 / 51.9% of total
Total # of recruits is 9878. The combined number of 2-star, 1-star, & not rated recruits is not shown at the link. However, that number is derivable from the numbers and the "total" value and is 3436 (34.8%).
