Game was back-and-forth till closing mins in 1st half when Memphis went on a 10-2 run which helped open up a 14 pt halftime lead but it only took UCF 3 mins into the 2nd half to close the gap to within 4...then Memphis went on another run for double digit lead...then UCF went on a run to close it to 4 pts with 9 mins to go in the game...then Memphis went on a 10-1 run which ultimately decided the game.

Both teams shot really well (UCF's 53% shooting was the highest for any Memphis opponent this year)...as the obvious difference was Memphis shot a season high 3's (shot 12-19 for 63% till the closing mins of the game)...which was totally unexpected coming off their 23% shooting from downtown vs ECU.

Congratulations on your team closing the gap to four before Memphis opened it back up again for a fairly comfortable lead the last 8-9 minutes of the game.

You guys were indeed not completely blown out!

Great job!

Glad you came here and defended that honor!
