That's a curious arrangement when the Gators carry a few percentage points higher in ratings in Florida than the Noles do and their national numbers are about the same. But I agree with the placement of most of the rest.

That said I wouldn't place Florida in the top tier, but I would move F.S.U. to the second.

I can buy that.

I think the more recent Natty and CFP involvement and Winston hype motivated the FSU bump to Tier 1. And, the fact that I personally have known more FSU fans than Florida or any SEC team fans out West.

But, I can see where FSU in Tier 2 makes sense.
