It is but it looks outdated. It has Charlie Weis at Kansas among others.

There's a lot of people like that, who already have paid off everything by being a terrible coach at the collegiate level or even in the NBA or NFL.

I saw that ND paid its last millions to Charlie in December. So, he is only currently collecting money for not working from Kansas.
