I don't think it's because Cam is black. Russel Wilson is black and white people have no problem with him. The difference is Cam is the type of black that make white people uncomfortable. A type they don't understand and can't relate to.

I like Cam a lot, but this color focused worship of him and using him to gin up more racial strife is dangerous, counter productive and just plain stupid. I'm sick and tired of this moronic generation creating a mountains out of every mole hill they can find.

People are different, not everyone is comfortable with every cultural norm.

Semantics. Of course it's cultural. Most of the time people from different cultures have different ethnic backgrounds. Newton didn't say people hate him for being black he said people hate him for acting black. People hate him for dancing and wearing his hat to the back. How silly is that? Did you really just go with the "when you can't think of an intelligent response just post a picture " strategy? I thought you were better than that.. Russell Wilson is the type of black person white people are comfortable with but Newton is not

I don't dispute his ability on the field. There are 32 starting QBs in the NFL. He is definitely in the top 5. That doesn't make me have to like him.
