Wow. That looks like a Techster score from the 80's.

The Lady Techsters had been underperforming lately. USM caught them at the wrong time on the schedule.

Holy crap. That's huge. Glad we have both LT and USM here this year.

There was a period in the Sun Belt days that thw UNT WBB team was one of the least competitive teams I've seen in any sport.

We beat them by 40+ a few times, but we beat them at home back to back years('09, '10) 113-58 and 119-51.

I remember that. I think one year (maybe both) we were up at halftime something like 60-20.

Talk about double standard. Why didn't you apply that sort of criticism to Bower's tenure in football. Remember that disastrous home game against a really, really bad Rice team? Anomalous games happen. It's only a concern if it becomes commonplace. I still think you're related to Bower. I've never seen anyone with such blind loyalty to a man. Jeff is a fine individual and was a good coach but it was time to move on.

La Tech led 30-20 at the half and then poured it on in the 3rd/4th quarter out scoring us 42-17

If 14 straight winning seasons, 4 CUSA titles, CUSA coach of the decade, wins over Georgia, LSU, Nebraska, etc., is time for a coach to go, then you are a fool. USM has had one CUSA title and one winless season, one 1 win season, 1 3 win season and one Western title(which Bower won the year before he was fired) and now 4 head coaches in the 8 years since Bower. Yep, USM football has just been one huge success in the last 8 years.

I am not related to Coach Bower. Met him a couple of times. What I am is an older USM fan that saw what he put in the program and how he was thrown away like he was nothing. So, if what I post bothers you, I don't give a damn.

Yes, new rule this year.
Looking at rolling out for the men next year. I like it.

I think it has improved the game flow significantly. Really like the change.

They need to follow the NFL and move the football XPs back to at least the ten yard line.
