One can eat loaded curly fries or hamburgers and all of that other stuff every now and then and still be fit and healthy; it's just that many people do so 3 times or more a day for upwards of 5 to 6 days out of a week, that's the crazy part. One of my coworkers said that her grandchildren refuse to eat any home cook meals and all they want is McDonald's or something comparable everyday and she said that she tried to teach her sons and daughter in laws to get the kids to eat better but that they just don't want to learn to cook. People can eat whatever they want but don't get mad when health issues arise as a results

Yup. Greazy stuffs every once in awhile ain't gonna kill nobody. Man do I lurves unsalted butter.

But that looks like fake food. I would just stare at it and move it around a little with a fork.

It is mostly fake food or to be specific dead food that doesn't deteriorate or decay. One can leave that stuff on a table for years and it will not mold or disintegrate. It'll just stay there

It's skinny people that are screwing up the data.

There are a lot of obese people because there are a lot of enablers as well. I'm tired of this notion that the feelings of overweight people need to be coddled in order to avoid damaging their frail psyche. I've battled my weight my entire life. I've also buried friends in their 50's who died of heart disease.

You can't eat whatever you want and expect to win with your health. I'll admit that changing your behavior is 1000x harder than dieting. It takes years and many many hours of hard work to correct 30-40 years of programming.
