When I had my old account, I was still a PSU fan before they mishandled the sanctions and I had my teenage rebellion and rooted for Army. I miss my Penn State days but the university went too far and committed too many stupid decisions for me to go back. My parents graduated from Penn State.

I am mainly active during football season, although I will stop by when NJIT does something significant, like beat Michigan!

I read the re-alignment boards regularly but don't post very often. I'll stop by here more frequently.

I think I'm pretty much done with the site. I liked visiting it, but everyone is just so touchy, and that conference realignment board has devolved into a bunch of bitter jealousy and hatred.

CS&CR is something that's being worked on. The idea is to shift from the status quo very noticeably, but we're in the early stages. If you have any ideas I'd love to hear them via PM.

Dexter, I extend the same invitation to you and frankly everyone else. PM Ohio and I with any ideas you have. We're formulating new plans for how to essentially make things more hospitable for everyone and less hostile/less on edge.

While I agree to an extent, I try to take the CS&CR board with a grain of salt and as an RU fan I've come to enjoy embracing the hatred. At the end of the day it's easy to parse through the noise. There's a lot of good stuff on this site.

The great thing about this site vs a team site (Rivals, for example), is there are counterpoints from fans of other teams. Keeps things balanced, IMO. I visit the Rutgers Rivals page, other rivals pages, syracusefan.com, The Boneyard, etc. They tend to be echo chambers as opposed to actual discussion.
