Men's basketball team travel issues?
Looks like it might be snowing/icing a bit at Middle Tennessee State today. I hope they can get from Birmingham to Murphreesboro okay.

Huntsville, AL resident here (so about halfway between Bhm and Murfreesboro). As long as they leave this morning, they should be ok. No travel issues on I-65/east of I-65 at this point (and not really expecting any until late afternoon).

My family sent me a picture of an inch or so earlier today on the grass and roofs in Huntsville. Didn't look like it would be much trouble but people don't know how to react to that in Alabama. I saw Nashville was approaching 9" according to the weather channel.

They arrived safely mid-afternoon. They tweeted a picture of the team getting off the bus in what appeared to be an inch or two of snow.
