Wife went to Meijer last night. She said the place was ransacked. She said you would have thought people were preparing for the worst.

You folks win. I will never post another weather advisory. It seems that all that can be done is quickly make fun of people over reacting.

Nothing up here, my man. I remember when I was in grade school the snow belt always ran along I-70. Now it seems to run along I-64. We very rarely get big snows.

Yep. Frequently I would leave my house in Delaware County with several inches of snow and get downtown to a dusting or less.

Chris, you should hear the downtown office screaming today... wide spread panic. Come to think of it you might be able to hear them in price hill...

It's not totally unfounded. I've driven home from downtown to Montgomery with 2-3 inches of snow and it's taken me 2 and a half hours before. When there's meaningful snow I try to avoid the roads if at all possible. At least the interstates.

i'm maybe too cautious when it comes to snow driving but i'm aware of situations where it's critical i do not f*ck up. slow down a hill and gentle on the breaks. up hill is fair game. it's a challenge but also nerve wrackingly fun. i always dread going up hill and at the top of the hill is a stop light. i've never driven a car that could make those seamless transitions. but i take the bus now and it ain't no thang

So it's nearly 3:30 and we have no snowfall in Loveland (I am working from home today). Anyone getting any of the white stuff yet?

I imagine the majority of this board will never fear for lack of liquor.
