Its not that I think NIU is bad, its just nearly every MAC roster scares the heck out of me. I picked NIU to beat WMU. Id pick NIU in this game if Toledo had won in Toledo

Well Toledo for example, even if you contain their stud Boothe, there are about 3 other guys capable of going for 20. It makes defending just an incredible chore.

NIU hasn't lost a game at home and hasn't lost a game to a non power conference school when half the team doesn't get kicked out a minute in.

Is there any reason to predict against them at this point?

The only thing I feel uneasy about and don't get me wrong NIU is worlds worlds better than recent memory, is that NIU will be prone to offensive droughts against some of the top half defenses in the conference. Toledo is probably not one of those teams at least.

Leaving the office early and bringing my wife and 2 granddaughters. My 4 year old granddaughter had been bugging me to take her to a Huskie game (football) but just too long and usually too cold for her. So she finally gets to see her Huskies in person!

If NIU stops Boothe and Williams or atleast controls them to a certain extent, I see no reason why NIU doesn't win this game.

I think there are a lot of people that still don't know the game is today, not tomorrow. I've had 2 different people I talked to mention possibly going to the game on Saturday (talked to them late last week/early this week), and I had to tell them it's today.
