Where is indignation toward Michigan
Remember last year when Louisville was lambasted for asking a recruit to red shirt. Well Michigan just pulled a scholarship offer 2 weeks before signing day. No offer of red shirt. The guy has been committed to Michigan for 3 years. Not a word from ESPN. His high school coach has not went on national media crying foul. We have not seen a lot of posters complaining about how dirty Michigan recruiting is.

It happens quite often with a coaching change. I don't recall the particulars of the situation you mention for Louisville, but Syracuse has done something similar with our coaching change. Besides, that kid will get a scholarship soon from someone.

Colburn was asked to gray shirt within a few days of NSD. His hotheaded high school coach flipped his lid & said that Louisville wouldn't get another SC recruit. He was a RB & the Cards had 2 other RB already committed, 1 on campus already, & had a bunch of new highly ranked recruits come in the last few weeks. It was a big deal because of the timing. Colburn signed with WF instead, were he actually got to play.

Yes, it is a shocker, considering the century long love fest between ND and the Skunkbears.
