Looks like the NFL is denying this and the source never actually said it would happen in 6 years. Just that it may happen one day.
Still if this does happen either through expansion or a team moving, that would be the time for the NFL to realign from NFC- AFC to east-west conferences. So let's say the Jaguars move to London. The NFL could realign like this
East conference - Atlantic division
NE, Buf, Mia, NYJ,
NYG, Wash, Philly, London Jaguars
East Conference - Middle Division
Balt, Pitt, Cle, Cincy,
Tenn, Car, Atl, Tam
West Conference - Central Division
Minn, GB, Chi, Det,
Indy, Hou, NO, Dal
West conference - Mountain Pacific Division
Sea, SF, Ariz, Den, KC,
LA Rams, SD/LA Chargers, Oak/LA Raiders
