You never saw this with Fuente. Norvell is just a superior recruiter. His advance billing is pretty accurate.

No doubt about that. The admin finally made a commitment towards football and had the vision to hire Fuente. Fuente and staff established the culture and proved that winning and winning big here is very much possible (this helps with hiring the next guy). And now Norvell has hit the ground running and is giving us glimpses of what to expect in future recruiting classes. The next step is continued and growing success on the field.
