Interesting that Navigato mentions "high hands". Kowalcyzk was yelling that term at Rocket defenders and thrusting his hands in the air several times against NIU.

Score, and don't turn the ball over are two of the best ways to stop the three. If you're able to set up the defense when they have to inbound, instead of getting an open 3 off a fast break goes a long way to decrease the 3 shooting%. Just ask Shooter Flatch.

May have moved up tonight. Best defensive performance in a long time. Akron was something like 7-30 from 3 point range.
