Facebook: Hate on Israel is OK
An Israeli group performed a test as follows:

Quote:The design was simple: Create two Facebook pages, one anti-Palestinian and one anti-Israeli. Then report them to Facebook as violating its user rules, e.g., against hate speech and incitements to violence. Then wait and see what happens.

They used similar posts where only the object of the posts differed. The posts included photos of murderous threats and calls for mass killings.

The results, the anti-Palestinian page was taken down as violating the board rules but the anti-Israel page was OK according to Facebook.
