It is Official...The Rams To L.A., Chargers have to option & Raiders staying put...

Rams site in Inglewood approved by owners by vote of 30-2. Chargers with option to join Rams in Los Angeles, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reports.

The Raiders have bowed out and will remain in Oakland.
