Oh He!! No
And I'm not even rich enough for this to affect me:
Clinton calls for broadening estate tax, increasing its rate
By Jennifer Epstein Tuesday, January 12, 2016
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will call for taxing more estates -- and raising the rate at which they’re taxed, a campaign aide said Tuesday.
Clinton’s plan would mean taxing individuals’ estates worth more than $3.5 million, down from $5.45 million currently. She also wants to raise the rate to 45 percent, from 40 percent today. Both moves would be a return to the way the tax operated in 2009. President Obama and other Democrats have proposed similar adjustments.
The proposals would affect four out of every 1,000 estates in the country and would also crack down on loopholes, including methods people use to make their estates appear to be worth less than they are, said the aide, who asked not to be named.
More from Bloomberg.com: Clinton Tax Plan Would Place 4% Surcharge on Incomes Over $5 Million
Clinton has been rolling out tax proposals for months. She turned her attention this week to wealthy individuals. On Monday, she said she wants to create a 4 percent “fair share surcharge" that would apply to incomes over $5 million.

Because, you know, the income wasn't taxed enough already when it was earned, so now it needs to be taxed when you die too.

Nothing is ours. It is all the Government's and you should be thankful they let you have any.
I often hear people claim that God is selfish and greedy for wanting titles and worship. He only requests 10% (if that) and a hour a week. The Government demands a lot more.

RE: Oh He!! No
Maybe the way to solve this is to play along with the Dem mindset:
Since they like taxing things, let Congress propose and pass a number of new taxation bills and send them to His Highness to sign:
1. Abortion tax additional 6% income tax or $666,666 per
2. Unwed parent tax additional 10% income tax or $1,000,000 per
3. No-Fault Divorce tax additional 5% income tax or $150,000 per assessed only on the spouse who filed
4. Can't speak the English Language tax (US born only)
additional 5% income tax or $100,000 per
5. Gang Sign flashing tax additional 5% income tax or $150,000 per
6. Weird piercings tax (more than just one in each ear + 1 other)
additional 1% income tax or $30,000 per
7. Excessive Tattoo tax additional 1% income tax or $30,000 per if more than 5% of body marked
8. Graffiti tax additional 1% income tax or $30,000 per

You could easily avoid this. Just donate millions to a charity with your name on it and have that charity pay for your living expenses.

Of course, that was implied because it is only logical. The amount of government spending would be reduced by the amount of taxes collected, with the revenue from these taxes going directly to reduce the national debt. Should the debt be eliminated, it will go to beefing up our military and veterans programs, including fully finded HSAs for all soldiers and vets at the original (pre-Obamacare) funding formulas repealing the Obamacare restrictions. Once that is done, the revenues would go to first subsidizing then fully funding catastrophic care for all verified US citizens. Happy? Vote for me!

So here is my thing... The really smart rich people, like the Clintons, will get around this with their "funds" and trusts. This will hurt asset rich but cash poor people like farmers and small business owners.

The Clintons don't produce anything but hot air and they have that all sewed up. Great way to make your money because there will always be toadies to pay you to speak at their conventions.
