I know CBSSN isn't a huge deal, but the last time NIU bball was on national tv was in 2012 vs. Valpo. They did a great job with the opening football game, hopefully it'll be the same with basketball!

And that was at 7am in the morning. When was the last time NIU was on national TV in primetime? Although I am not sure you call 530pm primetime.

I guess the Big 10 network is national tv, not sure what the true definition of national TV. Like CBSSN, no one even knows that channel even exists except for diehard PBR fans, does that count?

Calling CBSSN national TV is like saying "I played pro football." when you played in the Arena League.

I mean I guess it's true but let's not get carried away.

If, Frazier could find a way to have all NIU basketball and or football games on CBS sports tomorrow would you want him to do it?

I would vote yes then, but Saturday games are very important to the program, any program. I think they need to invent a 8th day during college football. It would be a day for football and yard work...

735 in Sarasota, not sure in Chicago.

It's on channel 418, 232 for HD

I'm thinking about going to that Friday night game. Get off work at 4:00 from Algonquin. With traffic I could be there by 5:00-5:15. I'd miss out on Fatty's which is something I would have liked to have had for dinner.

Good luck! I have driven past Fatty's mid afternoon on a Saturday with nothing going on in DeKalb and their parking lots were busting at the seams.
