Nobody even mentions tiger basketball on the sports radio anymore. I know that 56 rarely has since the St Louis crew took over about 10 years ago but now even the others rarely mention it. Calkins hardly comes to games anymore so you won't be getting many columns.

I don't see it changing anytime soon either.

Ho hum, new thread same lament. We all get it.

Time to focus on any positive things you may have going in your lives.

Why do you even come here when you know what the threads are about? Apparently enough people care enough to be upset about it and want change. Maybe you are the one that should look in the mirror. We get it too. You support this coach blindly.

I don’t blame the powers-that-be not buying him out.

Make him earn his money. Let him stay and suffer like everyone else.

The powers that be don't want to admit their 15-20 million dollar mistake.

He does appear to be improving...It's an evolution not a revolution though.

I don't see it. The stuff with Shaq IMO said a lot. Plus he don't have the options that he had in previous years. He's got his 7-8 guys now. If Dedric goes pro next year is going to be interesting.

Grizz nation is in turmoil as well. Coach and front office not on the same page. Best two players repeat over and over in interviews that they don't know what offense they are running. Grit N Grind dying a slow death. Struggling to stay over .500. Dark times in Hoop City.

Grizz schedule has been brutal over the 1st half of the season, but they've got a stretch of games through mid-Feb that will get them comfortably above .500... and that puts them in the playoffs in the West.

I care. I still go to games when I can. All my extended family still cares. But, yes, it is not like it used to be. Losing and the Grizz have taken its toll. JP won't be able to survive this much longer.

It only took him 6 years to figure out that your bigs should not have to run out to the key (or past) to set a pick and run all the way back to the basket to defend the goal. That's progress. Slow progress, but progress.

Where they will promptly lose in the first round, and we'll repeat the process all over again next season. This year's Grizz are the equivalent of a 6-6 team making a bowl game.

I'm ready for a complete overhaul of both basketball programs in the city.

I know times are tough but I don't think it has gotten to the point where they are playing half-court games on a goal in Josh's drive way. Players typicaly set picks and defend the goal on opposite ends of the court.

I think the administration and others who are in charge of making that decision lack the stones to make that decision.
