Go out and hire a new coach and invest in the basketball team you have. That's all I want from your school.

We need a better brand of basketball from the bottom half of this conference. We shouldn't drop 18 points in the RPI for winning a game.

Marshall finishes the rest of the season unbeaten and makes the tournament. I could be wrong but always a chance I could be right. You heard it here first.

Now 104-82 on the other hand, what is your school doing to fix this? Current RPI of 346/351 teams?

I really don't see it. Maybe I don't want to see it. I'm firmly on the we need to lose as many games as possible this season to assure a coaching change bandwagon. Because that's what the program needs right now. I can't comment on the Sam Houston game because I missed most of it. But, we were in a 7 point game in the last 5 minutes against one of the worst teams in the country (UTRGV), squeaked out a one point win against an injury riddled, middle of the pack team (Rice) and a 9 point win against a lower division team that probably would have beaten us if they could make a FT (UNT). I guess we played better against MT. I guess we'll see how they come out today, but I'm not expecting much.

As for the tourney, anything's possible. But, Floyd's track record doesn't really point that way. Have we even gotten to championship game with his players? I don't think so.

ODU and Marshall, that will be a game for the ages. Egos are going to explode and splatter. One arena can't hold it all.
