looks like a bowling ball. I couldnt help but laugh after seeing that catfish trying to swim after eating that thing... If ive ever seen a fish waddle around, that would be it.

I had it one time as a kid, and all I could taste was onion. It wasn't bad.

I always found it to taste similar to carp. Oily and real tough. Its ok if you mix it into a stew or fry it with something like bream.
