UAB and MTSU have owned us on their home courts (and MTSU in the tourney), and have yet to visit Norfolk. Conversely, we get welcomed to Ruston this evening for the first time. Regardless of location, hoping these games are high-quality and represent the conference well.

Doing all I can to make the trip to Norfolk. You guys are top class.

Wish I could be there. I will be sending positive thoughts up as our guys take 'em on... and for ODU to miss everything against both UAB and MT!! I've had one too many "Empty Sue"s thrown in my direction!

UAB may well be a tougher opponent when they come to town .... but they won't get a better outcome and the streak won't be in jeopardy.

Honestly I applaud LA TECH for their efforts tonight. It was a highly contested and competitive game from start to finish. Both teams had a couple of stellar performers coming into the game. I told my wife after it ended that a part of me felt bad for the guys on LA TECH. I know the home winning streak had some meaning to them. You could see it on their faces when the final horn sounded. This could end up being a blessing in disguise by taking that winning streak pressure off of them now.

At the end of the day, it's just one game with the majority of the conference season yet to be played. They are all important and I am glad our guys got this one. I'm pulling for you guys to win out till we meet again. 04-cheers
