OT - Baseball HOF Inductees
With the change in rules, this year's class is Mike Piazza and Ken Griffey, Jr.

Both players make HOF history - KGJr receives the highest % of votes recorded (of the 440 ballots, 437 writers selected him) and Piazza is the "latest draft pick" to make it into the Hall (I think he was a 62nd round pick?) with 83% of votes.

Bagwell was the top candidate that was not elected - just 15 votes shy of making it with 71.6% of votes. And I think this was Trammel's last chance at getting in (he got 40.9%). (?)

I hate baseball writers sometimes. You just KNOW that the 3 voters who didn't vote for Griffey didn't because no one has ever received 100% of the votes.
