St. Patrick Eagle Wrote:the first pick as a positive for C-USA's future affiliation with the Bowl. Think about it. If this was going to be the last year of C-USA's involvement with the bowl, then whats the point of the deal. Conversely Banowsky would have told them to take a hike, if it's our last Bowl we will take the Champion. Memphis will benefit from having an opportunity to go to the hometown Bowl. Don't blame the tigers for this deal, this was the LB decision.
This agreement was made shortly after realignment. This is old news and has nothing to do with negotiations.

The deal wasn't made until after the conference meetings in Destin two months ago. After the Bowl negotiations started. The only reason the MWC isn't officially signed on is because the Liberty Bowl wanted a multi-year agreement and the MWC would only agree to a deal for this year.

the agreement also applies to this year... which is a positive for LB. I think 4 to 6 mos ago... we were odds on favorite to keep it... I hope i'm wrong but I think its gone. will end up SEC/BE.

L-Yes left his brain at the hospital when he was born. Don't pay any attention to his biased dribble.

Im not blaming the tigers but its a shame the champ doesen't go because it's the best bowl C-usa has. But w/e it takes to keep it around is fine by me.

How is it biased dribble? He simply said this deal was struck shortly after realignment.

Awww, poor baby, can't hang in the conversation so you have to act like a whiny little b*tch! And you spelled "queue" wrong. And it's "L-Yes'" not the way you put it. Now go back to whining like little girls!
