Even though Piers Morgan has been away from the limelight for a while one Oklahoma legislator wants to use his name to introduce a very pro-gun piece of legislation.

As many of you know, Morgan had become completely delusion on CNN with his views on guns and even the network couldn’t take the bad ratings any more.

According to the Washington Times,

Sen. Nathan Dahm filed Senate Bill 1473, or the “Piers Morgan Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms Without Infringement Act, in order to allow adult citizens to openly carry without a license, a local Fox News affiliate reported.

But Piers Morgan is not happy about this and it didn’t take long for him to take to Twitter to express how he feels about. But by his response it’s also pretty obvious that he is desperate for attention and really just wants to use this as a way to become relevant again. Hopefully the Senator will not give him the satisfaction.

Mr. Morgan responded on Twitter by inviting the Republican to defend his legislation on air.

“Unbelievable,” he tweeted. “Hi Senator @NathanDahm – come on my show and debate your new ‘Piers Morgan Act’. If you have the guts.”
