Only one I see is you. What kind of a question is "you'll be disappointed if we get two in, won't you?" Give me a damn break. Of course that would be great. Being realistic is apparently a grievous sin to you.

Uh.. I am not a MTSU fan. And of course you won't be happy because you were proved wrong...I will be happy because it is positive for our league, which is obviously something you can't understand.

I will NEVER be disappointed to get two, three or even four teams in the NCAA tournament. I think some of my "haters" on here got so worked up over me saying that we were a one bid league this year that they lose sight of the bigger picture in that original post.
Quote:This season in conference play should be fun. There is no team that is dominant. Your top two pre-season selections combined for a 10-13 OOC record. Some of last year's bottom feeders have made significant improvements (we see you NT!) This season really is anyone's to win. Well, maybe not ANYONE as Rice and FIU are still worthless. But one of those two will probably upset a top team at some point this season.
RPIs at this point in the season are still pretty hit or miss. But it is encouraging to see six conference teams in the top-125. Going forward, in this year and future years, it is vital that our teams all take steps to raise their RPIs. We should ALWAYS have 4-5 teams in the top-100 and another 2-3 in the next 50. It would help if Rice, FIU and UTSA could climb out of the sub-250s.
I will be disappointed if/when MT doesn't win the C-USA tournament and gain the auto bid. But I will cheer for the conference champion, although maybe more for Western's opponent(s) to lose if the Goat Toppers are in the big dance. But my "disappointment" this year was with the conference wide poor showing in OOC play.

This entire post sums up my previous one. One, I wasn't saying you're an MT fan but instead to use your own rhetoric a piss poor fan for acting like this. Two, don't you presume to say we would be unhappy to be proved wrong - I'd be very happy to see that happen and would cheer for all of the teams(read it and weep). Three, as I have said numerous times here and in the past, I would LOVE for us to have many teams in the tournament. Just because it's hard to see it happening with the setup this year doesn't mean there's a deep seated hate for our conference. Jeez.

Ok so now we are "haters". Nastybunch and me are the only ones replying to you. The problem has always been that you said it was a fact we would only get one bid. Then proceeded to rip apart every teams ooc achievements. Sounds to me like you're the hater. All we want is for our league to get two bids. Tried in many ways to tell you it's possible and has not been written in stone that CUSA is a one bid league. You kept quite but as soon as the at large team (WKU) disappeared from the ESPN bracketology you all of the sudden reappeared saying "don't look now". Maybe if the pre season favorites weren't such disappointments we would safely be a two bid league.

I have a problem with the way the women's officials are. Charlotte stormed the court with 1.5 seconds left, and didn't get a technical. I get it, if it's just the players, but when the coaches do it too then it should be a technical. We should've won this game. The game winning shot game from of course Griffith Dempsey (who of course is from Huntington, WVa.)

Your panties are in a wad because he's most likely correct?
And he's telling you such?

I don't even care it's whatever. CUSA basketball is horrible. All of our teams suck and we are destined to send one team to the tournament every year. Does that make you happy that I join in bashing our conference? Bunch of small town loser mentality.
