JM resigning came as a surprise to me but maybe having someone in the CUSA headquarters that's heard of Tulsa will help!! I think she is getting a little bit of a bad rap by some. I kind of figure she had at least a 50-50 record hiring coaches which isn't going to win any prizes but it ain't that bad in this day and age!! It was unfortunate that two of her picks in major sports, Burns and Phillips bombed really bad but I think she has upgraded the minor sports a great deal!! I know to some that is unimportant but it is nice to have the facilities we have which will help recruit better athletes. Nothing wrong with being ranked nationally in a couple of minor sports every year. I think if Burns and Phillips hadn't taken football and basketball to the lowest levels possible, they might have been overlooked a little---- if the football team had won 3 games a year or the basketball team had a near .500 record, the venom would be a little less. I prefer to look at where we are now with Coach K and Coach Woj and I don't think she left the cupboard bare. Anyway I wish her the best of luck and a lot of success!!!

Judy was a great AD for Tulsa. The building of facilities during her administration was excellent even tho it did not include what I believe is the most important....Skelly Stadium. The hiring of coaches was spotty...Kragthorpe and Self were great....but on the other hand Burns and Phillips didn't work out very well. Best of luck to Judy... I bet she does a super job for CUSA !

As a Hawaii fan, I think you guys have/had one of the best AD's in the WAC. Would have taken her any time.
