I'll put out a guess.... UCLA after Mora goes back to the pro's.

We will see. Chip prefers NFL lifestyle. He was never a fan of recruiting at Oregon. That is the #1 reason why he left the college game.

Recruiting at Oregon isn't as easy as one would seem. The amount of long distance travel their coaches have to make is considerable. A place like UCLA, as suggested, requires a lot less travel as Southern California is a hotbed of top recruits. If Kelly landed at such a location, it wouldn't be like Oregon.

Then again, maybe he decides to prove himself and throw in his hat with the college football conference that is getting all the big name hires as of late. Chip Kelly, the new Head Coach of the esteemed Nebraska Cornhuskers?

Yeah but this version was worse.

I would have said Miami (Hurricanes) before the season. His offense is tailor-made to the talent that comes from the area but they hired Richt. It seems all the big college programs are filled for right now so if Kelly wants back in college (I'm not convinced) then he'll have to wait a year for a P5 program.

IMHO, don't be surprised if a P5 program decides to fire a previously safe coach. Bielma in Ark or perhaps Franklin at PSU in the hopes to get the CK.

I don't see it. He wasn't a top notch NFL coach. The man couldn't hold Andy Reid's clipboard. Nowhere close to as imaginative as Reid as an offensive mind. Typical bigshot college HC who couldn't hack it in the NFL. No NFL team would be stupid enough to give him a HC gig after how he performed at Philly. On second thought, the Browns may be that stupid...
