Big Ten Bowl Thread
Indiana gave Duke a fight, would be good for them to continue improving.

5-7 Nebraska showed why the Big Ten west is no joke by beating 8-4 UCLA.

Final Scores:
Indiana 41 Duke 44
UCLA 29 Nebraska 37
CMich 14 Minnesota 21

Well we hear from everyone that The Big Ten was top heavy. As things stand now, that rhetoric is being flushed down the toilet.

RE: Big Ten Bowl Thread
We see it at the college level and at the pro level. There is always an ever constant need for adaptation. Thus it has come around again where the style of play in The Big Ten is what works. No one plans for it as much as other styles thus they are not going to be prepared. It's why Alabama does so well in the SEC. They play a style that most others have moved away from.

Terrific win by the Badgers vs a ranked USC. This game should have been scheduled on a nother day so the start time wasn't 10PM CST and the end time past 1AM. Too hard for this old phart to stay up that late.

RE: Big Ten Bowl Thread
What will probably make it worse is that Alabama may very well show up flat against Clemson. They were so angry in that game. I think for them it was most important this year to not get knocked out early again by a Big Ten team. That made for very bad timing for Michigan State. They ran into a buzzsaw. That was Alabama playing at 100%. I don't think anyone else played That Alabama team all year.

Anyways, I've always thought Cook to cook under pressure and thought that this team is probably the 2nd least talented team in the last 8 years.

RE: Big Ten Bowl Thread
Florida did win the SEC East and Notre Dame lost by a total of 4 to the ACC & 12 PAC champions. If OSU played with intensity the whole season they would have been in the CFP. Michigan & OSU played like they wanted to be in their respective bowls, let's hope Penn State does as well today. If PSU can handle Georgia that would cap off a winning bowl season for the conference. With the coaching changes at Georgia and relative stability at PSU, that should be an edge for the Lions
