and then proceeds to describe, in Orwellian logic, how to eliminate religious diversity.

Just for second, think about the highlighted words "...respectful of the religious diversity..." Wouldn't respect be best demonstrated by allowing the diverse religious symbols to be displayed?

And allow me to preempt the standard counter question that asks if I'd support a satanic or wiccah display. My answer is yes, knock yourself out. I'm not threatened by what those concepts represent. Frankly, a college is a place where all ideas should be allowed a forum. Wow, what a concept.
