Well, the Defense doesn't get to rest when you constantly go three and out. With that said i'm not sure they could have stopped them if NIU was able to put together sustained drives, but it probably would have helped.

Just a guy that's been sitting in the Huskie Stadium stands for 28 years. I may not know much about football, but I know a putrid defensive effort when I see one.
