We SHOULD win CUSA. Seriously, we are loaded but as always, we worry about the coaching and their "strategies".

We'll see what happens.

Are we talking about football or basketball? I assume football. We have loads of talent this year and got our best recruiting class ever in this past year. The other good thing about UAB's system is that we shuffle alot of guys in and out, so young players get experience early on and can be ready to pick up the slack when the veterans graduate. UAB is setting itself for a good couple years at least (both basketball and football).

Demario Eddins will probably have a break out year... it's his job to really step up this year and lead. You'll also see some young talent get more of a chance to shine (like Holmes, Delaney, etc). Our new signees could also see significant playing time (particularly Lawrence Kinnard). We'll also have transfer Wen Mukubu who is an amazing athlete with a pretty good mix of power and acrobatics. And that's not even mentioning Marvett McDonald, Derrick Broom, Squeaky Johnson, Ernest Little, etc etc.

That's for all the UAB fans saying that you will win the league next year.I know you will be competitive but you lost two good players in the Taylor twins. You think you will beat out Houston for that second spot?

Memphis will bring their normal assortment of hype, head-cases, and the most over-paid coach in America.

UAB will bring the W's when it matters the most: MARCH

That overpaid coach has little problem whipping Mike "Once a Hog always a Hog" Anderson year in and year out.

Anderson vs. Calipari: 1-3

UAB vs. Calipari: 2-6

the dude gave him a crapazz caoch talk answer that didnt even answer his question.

IMO i think Memphis and UAB will be at least 3 wins above the 3 placed team. thats being generous. both teams will handle the compition.
and yes I'm a tiger fan and firmly believe Memphis will win both times against UAB, although I'm sure you will deffinately be trouble in atleast one game.

I think we'll split the games, each winning at their house. The tournament will be real close. Memphis at home, but UAB is an excellent tournament team.
