Naw the West is still the gauntlet. East will just be a little more competitive with the West.

You mean like the fourth place East team beating the first place West team. 07-coffee3

Who won the real prize in the end. Get ready for your bowl game against the Thundering Turd

Are you going to be one of the 50 or so Houston fans that travel soooooo far for that bowl game CFF? When is payday in Houston that week?

since 11k tickets have already been bought through the UH official alotted tickets alone..the unofficial tickets are WAY cheaper, and probably where a ton of Houston fans bought it from

i suspect you're a troll and need to get the EFF off our board

everyone look at marvel at what a 9 win memphis team does at the end of a season attendance wise on senior night.. what a strong fanbase

Two word. Conference Champs! Free and clear and we do not have to share it with two other teams. So you can keep winning the attendance battle and we will keep winning championships!

Nobody in Houston cares! Sorry, facts kill. If the city of Houston cared, people would go to your games, they don't.

What is the population of Houston again?

I do love Case Keemum though, he deserves a better shot at playing QB in the NFL than he has gotten. One of the best players from our time together that I have seen. He had a pretty good day today.

you had maybe 500 to a 1k actual people in your last game

last i checked we had 35,000 actual people at our last game

clearly no one in memphis cares about your team or paxton and your seniors would have been given a respectable send off

If they did, they would average more than a few grand a game over the last 20 years, so.........

A Houston fan talking attendance smack, really? Do you realize how ridiculous that makes you look? Now, you happen to have a link showing the Memphis home crowd of 60,000+ for the ole miss game (90-10% split). Or maybe the Memphis/Navy game that had 55,000+ in attendance. Or any other game in Memphis that drew between 40-45,000 (Only 2 games under 41,000 and they were in the mid 30's). And yes, I agree with you that 15,000 for SMU was pretty bad. But you have to take into consideration that the day of the SMU game, the temp was in the 40's, strong wind, and it rained the entire game (curious as to what Houston would have drawn under the same conditions). So dude, if you're gonna make snide remarks about how no one in Memphis cares about our football team by using the SMU game as a basis for your ridiculous statement, how bout doing a little research before you post things that are ignorant and stupid. What made the SMU game attendance so bad, is the fact that it brought our average home attendance for the year down too just shy of 44,000. Look forward to seeing you guys next year in Memphis. Promise the crowd will be adequate enough to meet your approval.

Congrats on winning the championship, your team deserved it. What's sad is, yall couldn't even sellout your 40,000 seat stadium for the CCG. Good luck in your bowl game.
