64 red zone snaps is a ton.
UC is #2 in the country in first downs gained, #5 in total offense, #24 scoring offense. Brian Kelly isn't coming back.
Great stats...too bad it all added up to 7-5.
Exactly...
Yeah because Defense and special teams have no bearing on the game.
Primary reason for 7-5 is turnovers, not RZ scoring or %.
-16 turnover margin 4th worse in the country. Only Maryland, UCF and Hawaii were worse. Houston is tied for #2 best at +17.
If we were +17 we would be 12-1 playing FSU in the Peach Bowl. This Red Zone % is crap.
If we had 33 more possessions we wouldn't have lost a game.

#1 you're no doubt a great fan but posts 14 and 15 by you move it towards a fire tt thread. Red herring indeed.

You are reading into it what you will sir. I said nothing about Tubs, firing, etc. I merely pointed out that despite a ton of yds and first downs our redzone offense was less than stellar.

26 posts in and two are "interpreted" as fire Tubs in nature. Title of the thread = UC Redzone Offense. Meh. Some overreact a bit.

Turnovers are daggers, see Bengals San Francisco game.
