Cotton, I know that you know this, but for those not close to the situation......

Perhaps it's a minor nit, but as I understand the contract; there is no buyout and the entire contract would/could be due at termination; hence the +/-$10 million number. Echoes of several fans' questions around that portion of the contract are now resonating through the fanbase's ears. In a thus far impressive tenure of Tom Bowen as AD, that's the one area that fans have raised eyebrows.

Everyone agrees that Memphis basketball will be fixed, but the local landscape is a bit different today with the Griz now established as another resource for sports entertainment in the same time period.

Everyone loves Jish as a person, which only makes the situation more complicated.
