Louisville, part of your sins are now forgiven
In their infinite wisdom to fire Mark Richt ( 03-woohoo ), UGAg has chased Jeremy Pruitt away to be Alabama's new Defensive Coordinator.

Thus, your epic blunder of paying the puppies seven figures to remove their horrendous DC so they could get a DC (and lights out recruiter) from the defending National Champions is now put to rest. Bonus points for Pruitt now being a place to directly recruit against and beat on the field UGAg.

03-yes

I'm not even a Falcons fan. But Petrino has left an unsavory wake behind him for some years. I'm not convinced he won't do the same to UofL too.

I think Petrino will stick to Louisville like glue and count his lucky stars he has a good coaching job. The Arkansas debacle really painted a bad picture of him

Not one reason why Bobby P can't one day be President of the United States.

Actually it's pretty hard NOT to leave when you are locked out by the owner. Petrino wasn't allowed to coach the way he wanted and disagreed with the owner -- thereby getting locked out. Pretty much a fire instead of a quit -- just didn't come out to the public that way.

Man Auburn is desperate. Their candidates are Todd Grantham and Ted Roof? Geez just pack it in and promote from within if you're that far down the list.
