And you are right about the original construction of Yager Stadium...the stock that Fred Yager gave the school went down in value and they could only afford to build one new side and put those old steel bleachers from Miami Field on the away side and the endzones...looked terrible as the stands did not match up at all. Stadium is much improved with recent renovations and after endzone facility (Gunlock center) is complete it'll really look fabulous!

Are both of the sidelines that strange shape or just one? Can't tell from the drawing. Either way strange.

Good question. Judging by how the Liberty Bowl seats about 60K today, I'm guessing only the west side would be curved like that if it would only seat 50K when finished expanding. Weird drawing overall, especially with how they made the stands only half full. They must've been predicting the future.
